Cooked food From Saville linguine

Preparation: 30 minutes

>> >> 250 gr Saville linguine
>> >> a table spoon of starch
>> >> a table spoon of soy sauce
>> >> a table spoon of sugar powder
>> >> 2 cloves of garlic
>> >> 2 carrots
>> >> a bunch of green onion
>> >> 50 gr green peas
>> >> Vegetable oil

  • Boil Linguine Saville in salty water till “al-dente”.
  • Filter and dry. Warm vegetable oil in the frying-pan and add here cut garlic and green onion.
  • Then fry 1 minute. Add here peas and oblonged cut carrot and cook a minute.
  • Mix fried vegetables with Linguine Saville.
  • Add here starch, soy sauce and a table spoon of vegetable oil.
  • Mix well. Put vegetable oil to the large pan and warm.
  • Add paste and vegetables here and smash. Then fry them 5 minutes.
  • Form up fried side of them along the upper side.
